Our well-equipped workshop has been hand-picked to be one of Australia’s Shimano Service Centres, a testament to the thorough and efficient work we do. We understand that your time and money is important to you, so we maintain cost-effective servicing fees so you can keep your bike in top condition without breaking your budget.
For general servicing and repairs or race tunes, there is no need to book, simply drop your bike into us and have a chat with our friendly staff. Our turnaround varies from same day to a few days depending on how busy we are and the scope of the work. If you have an urgent deadline for a race or travel date, please let us know, we are happy to prioritise your bike and will let you know what we can do.
For anything major or unique, or for any general service enquiries, please feel free to give us a call in advance.
Minor repairs can often be done while you wait, depending on how busy we are.
We can also assist with “ungaraged” services (you haven’t ridden your bike in two years and just need it looked over); “secondhand” services (you’ve bought a bike secondhand and need it made road or trail-worthy) or boxing and shipping your bike if you’ve sold it or need to take it on a plane.
