Refund policy

1. Change of Mind

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

In its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds for change of mind will be issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at sales@cyclezone.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit

In cases where a product needs to be returned, we will cover the shipping costs.

3. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and cover any return shipping costs.

4. Item Unavailable for Immediate Shipping

If an item you have ordered is unavailable for immediate shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery time. You will have the option to:

  • Wait for the item to become available
  • Receive a full refund
  • Choose an alternative product of equal value

5. Warranty Claims

Many products we sell come with manufacturer warranties. If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us with proof of purchase, and we will assist with the warranty claim process.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Gift cards
  • Nutrition and perishable goods
  • Clearance or sale items

7. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at sales@cyclezone.com.au with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Photos (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions and process your refund, exchange, or store credit as quickly as possible.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
