Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

2. Shipping Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro areas: 3–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 4–8 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note, during peak periods or promotions, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, volume, and destination of your order.
Free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised when available, and only applicable to products weighing under 2kgs.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

5. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Parcels: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will help you track down your parcel.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Cyclezone is not responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided.

6. Large or Bulky Items

Some larger items (such as bikes or trainers) may require specialised shipping. Additional costs or delivery times may apply, and we will contact you if any special arrangements are needed.

7. In-Store Pickup

We offer a free in-store pickup option from our shop at:

You'll be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

8. Item Availability

If an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative, refund, or backorder option.
