Terms and Conditions: "Win Your Bike Free" Christmas Draw

 

1. Promoter and Eligibility

 

  • Promoter: OKAY COOL PTY LTD, trading as Cyclezone Mooloolaba. ABN: 16676675960

  • Eligible Participants: The draw is open to any individual aged 18 years or over residing in Australia who makes an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period.

  • Ineligible Participants: Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

 

2. Promotion Period

 

  • The Promotion Period runs from October 1st, 2025 until 11:59 PM AEST on Thursday, November 30th, 2025. All deposits must be received by this time to be eligible.

 

3. Entry Requirements (Eligible Purchase)

 

  • To gain entry into the draw, a participant must:

    1. Purchase one of the following new, full retail price 2025 Specialized Kids' Bikes: Rockhopper, Riprock Coaster, Riprock 20", or Riprock 24".

    2. Pay a non-refundable 30% deposit of the total retail price of the bicycle before the end of the Promotion Period.

    3. Complete the purchase and provide valid contact details (full name, phone number, and email address).

  • Only the single bicycle for which the deposit was paid is eligible to be won. Accessories, helmets, or other items purchased at the same time are excluded.

 

4. The Draw and Winner Notification

 

  • The Draw: One (1) winner will be randomly drawn at 4/17-19 Brisbane Road on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025 at 2pm.

  • Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by the Promoter via text message and email within 24 hours of the draw. The winner's name may also be posted on the Promoter's social media channels and/or website.

  • Prize Forfeit: If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification (i.e., by December 10th, 2025), the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will occur on [Date of Redraw, e.g., December 11th, 2025]. The redraw winner will be notified immediately.

 

5. The Prize

 

  • Prize Value: The winner will receive a full refund of the original purchase price of the Eligible Bicycle they secured with the deposit, effectively making the bicycle free.

  • Refund Process: The refund will include the 30% deposit already paid and the remaining 70% of the retail price. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment or by bank transfer within 7 working days of the winner being notified and confirming their details.

  • The bicycle is not redeemable for cash or store credit other than the specified refund amount.

 

6. Bike Storage and Collection

 

  • Free Storage: The Promoter will provide free, secure, and discreet storage for all bikes purchased under this promotion until Tuesday, December 24th, 2025, at 2:00 PM.

  • Assembly: All bikes will be fully assembled and safety-checked before collection/delivery.

  • Collection: The balance of the purchase price (70%) must be paid, and the bike collected, by December 24th, 2025, unless the bike is won free. Winners are not required to pay the balance.

  • Any bike not collected by December 24th, 2025, will be subject to a storage fee of $20 per week, unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

7. Deposit Clause

 

  • The 30% deposit is non-refundable if the customer decides to cancel the purchase for any reason. If the customer cancels, they forfeit their entry into the draw.

  • If the customer is the winner of the draw, the deposit is, by definition, included in the full refund prize.
