The Basil Bicycle Handbag (RRP $179.99) and the KF Handlebar holder (RRP $49.99) are usually sold separately but our clearance price includes both at $159 + shipping.
The handlebar holder provides a quick release so you can easily lift the bag off when you arrive at your destination.
The bag also comes with built-in hooks so you can attach it to the side of your existing rear rack as a pannier (rear rack not included).
To fit it on top of your rear rack, a separate MIK attachment is required for quick release (MIK attachment is not included).
The bag material is heavy duty synthetic canvas.
