Can I return an item?
You are welcome to send an item back for a return. Please contact email@example.com with your order details.
For the return to be processed please ensure the item is returned in new condition with all packaging and tags attached. We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to swap an item, please place a new order and send the original product back with the return form for a refund.
Has my order been shipped?
We aim for all orders to be shipped within 24 hours (business days). You will receive an email with the tracking number once this occurs. Please check your spam/junk folders. Oversized items such as complete bicycles and Trainers may take 1-2 business days.
Why are prices in your store different from those on your website?
Our retail store outlet allows you the opportunity to physically handle and test sizes of our products before making your purchase. Unfortunately because of this, our retail store incurs costs that are not a part of our online business. These costs include stocking of the shelves, handling and displaying the product in store, as well as the cost of professionally trained staff who will provide you with the best expert advice for all of your cycling needs. For this reason, our online store prices may differ at our retail shop.
Is this item in stock?
Our online store will only sells items that are In Stock . If you do find an item that is out of stock that you are interested in, please contact us as we may have it in our retail shop. If you cannot find an item on the website please don't hesitate to contact us and ask if we can order it for you.

Can I go and pick up, or buy these items from the retail stores?
We do carry similar stock but best to contact prior to make sure that the Retail store has it in, if it doesn't we are able to provide click and collect.
